Money advice without the agenda

MoneyRadar is a financial decision engine for India's Gen Z. You answer a few honest questions about a real decision; we give you a clear verdict — the kind a financially-smart friend gives you, not a bank.

Quick answer

MoneyRadar is a free personal finance platform for India offering live calculators (SIP, EMI, income tax, PPF), honest product comparisons, and plain-English guides. No display ads, no bank data access — rankings driven by outcomes, not commissions.

Why this exists

Most Indian money websites are built to sell you something. The “best card” is whoever pays the biggest commission, the calculator is bait for a lead form, and the article buries the answer under 2,000 words so you scroll past more ads.

MoneyRadar takes the opposite stance. We take a side. Every tool ends in a plain verdict — buy, wait, or walk away — with the one sentence of reasoning behind it. If the honest answer is “you can't afford this,” that's what you'll read.

How we make money

No display ads. Ever. When you decide to act — apply for a card, open an investing account — we may earn a referral fee, and those links are clearly labelled PARTNER. The recommendation is never for sale: rankings are driven by the numbers that decide your outcome, not by who pays us.

We don't connect to your bank or read your transactions. Every number you enter stays on your device unless you explicitly sign in to save it. There's nothing to harvest here.

Who's behind it

MoneyRadar is built by a small team with a background in security research and bug-bounty work — people whose instinct is to find where systems quietly cheat you. We pointed that instinct at personal finance, where the fine print does the cheating.

That background shows up in two ways: we're obsessive about the math being correct (every formula is unit-tested), and we're allergic to dark patterns. You can read exactly how every number is calculated on our methodology page. Our editorial standards explain how we research and verify content.

A fair warning

MoneyRadar is for education and decision-making, not regulated investment advice. We give you a real, opinionated starting point — the final call, and the responsibility, is always yours. For anything with big or irreversible consequences, a fee-only (SEBI-registered) advisor is worth the money.

Yes. Calculators and guides are free with no signup required. We may earn referral fees on partner links (clearly labelled), but rankings are never for sale.
Is MoneyRadar financial advice?
